We charge 30% of first month rent. And just once!
 

Prices in the website are in Syrian pounds per month (not per person) and do not include the Yalla House commission; 30% of the first month’s rent, these are the only fees we charge.
For short stays, charged by the day, we charge 20% of the total payment.

   Its better to reserve the accommodation in the final week before your arrival; most landlords charge a fee for reserving longer than that.

   Rents:
   Prices sometimes fluctuate by season; high season is from June to September. Rents do not always include costs for  electricity and water, which are typically 800-1000 SYP per month.
   
   Fees:

   Our fees to show you the houses/rooms you requested (maximum 3) is 1000 SYP; this will be taken out of our commission when we arrange your place to stay.

   Reserving accommodation:
   Landlords tend to handle long term rents as first come, first served; such is the Syrian custom but don’t worry we know how to get you the best deal if you want to reserve more than a week in advance.
   
    

Paying from outside Syria:

If you are planning to stay longer than a month, you have to pay at least the first month in advance.
Detailed information of payment procedures and our Bank account will be sent directly to our customers by email.
Please note that our selection of houses is restricted and that during busy time you may need to be placed on a waiting list. For this reason, we strongly recommend reservation.
